DIRECTIONS: Our school is located 1 mile East and 1 mile North of Windsor. From HWY 257 and CR 19 drive East one mile to CR 21, turn North and travel 1 mile to CR 70. The school is located on the NE corner. MAP
From I-25 interstate, take the Windsor exit 262, travel East 5 miles through Windsor. When you reach the East end of town travel East 1 more mile to CR21, North 1 mile to CR 70, East .25 mile to Avery Plaza Street, Left into school.

CSAP RESULTS SENT HOME SEPT. 10TH - All CSAP Results will be sent home with students on Friday, September 10th. Please check with your student to make sure they arrive home. Contact Mr. Tapia with questions on results at 970.674.5214

Hawk Parents will be having our next meeting on Tuesday, September 14th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the SMS library. Please join us and be a part of making positive decisions and improvements for our school. We want to thank the parents who joined us last meeting and provided great questions and conversations about our school.
